Project purpose: Implementation of large oil and gas projects “Sakhalin-1” and “Sakhalin-2” will greatly increase mining of oil and gas on the territory of Sakhalin region, which will create possibility to develop gas-chemical manufactures. Within this project it is supposed to build a plant for production of methanol and ammonia

Current implementation stage of the project: There were made investigations on perspectives of creation of a gas-chemical manufacture on the territory of Sakhalin region. There were studied grounds for building of the plant for production of methanol and ammonia

Availability of the final state, departmental and environmental permission: After the development of the Basis of the investments, the document will be submitted for approval to the public authorities of the Sakhalin region
