 Project purpose: To obtain funds for settling sawing base, to create manufacture of production of the constructions of wooden house-building

Duration and stages of project implementation: 5 years. The first stage - settling of the sawing base of Noglicksky region (is carried out); the second stage –purchase of siccative equipment (is carried out ); 3d stage –purchase of equipment for house-building constructions

Current implementation stage of the project: business plan was worked up in 2004

Project documentation: Plan of felling in Okhinsky forestry enterprise for settling of the sawing base is preparing

Availability of the final state, departmental and environmental permission: There are all necessary documents for carrying out of the project by the company «Promtech» LLC Property and/or liability rights of investor to the results of implementation of the project: On a negotiated agreement according to the volumes of investments into the project

Estimated cost of the project: 4 M Euro

Type of state support: Creation of favorable conditions for implementation of the project, supplying with wooden fund and ground area for the manufacture

Sources of financing (%): Borrowing costs on the sources of their obtention - 40 (there was opened a credit line for 5 years in the bank “Sakhalin-West”); funds of (foreign) investor – 60
