Kamchatka Oblast, Tourism Industry Investment Project
Verkhnegologinskiy hunting area is located in the south of the Kamchatka peninsula in 30 kilometers from the Pacific ocean. Yuzhno-Kamchatskiy Wild Life Refuge adjacent to this area is the place of high concentration of Kamchatka brown bear population. Diverse flora and fauna of the peninsula have broad presentation on the territory of hunting area. The Project envisages: construction of central tourist base (total area 120 sq.m) and Complex of Entertainment Facilities, construction of cottage for accommodation of 16 visitors (total area 120 sq. m.), construction of cottage for 3-person accomodation (42 sq.m.) in the nearness of natural thermal springs, construction of cottage for accommodation of 6 visitors.
Projecting-Estimating Documentation of the Project has been worked out. Central tourist base, Entertainment Facilities Complex, 2 cottages for 16 and 3 visitors have been built and started their work.
