Creation of Tourist Recreational Complex “Skara” stylized as a “Russian village” for 24 main and 12 extra accommodations serviced by 50–seat cafe–bar of a restaurant type and with broad choice of services for the tourists of various age-groups.
The Project is in the stage of renovation – construction. There have been built tourist lodges (without internal trim), pool for children, 4/4 pool, and shop with the café. The site is provided with the main conveniences: central heating; cold water; power supply; telephone.
