Kamchatka Oblast, Tourism Industry Investment Project
Creation of permanently operating tourist complex for reception of 12-16.000 people per year. The territory of the base is located at the slopes of the Middle Ridge. The plan of the project envisages construction of the down -hill skiing complex, water – entertainment complex (inside and outside aquaparks), modern cottages and hotels for accommodation of tourists and visitors. It envisages the accommodation of tourists and visitors in comfortable rooms of a hotel type, namely: a hotel with a number of rooms of DBL type, suite, duplex type, constructions of bungalow type consisting of duplexes, for parents and children, complex of constructions “hotel in the forest” type, separate cottages (cabins). Main rest is during the day-time: down – hill and country – cross skiing; in the evening – aquapark. Sport complex, banyas and saunas are available all-year round. Excursion servicing is held in condition of agreements with the tourist companies. Meals is included into the whole complex of services of the “club rest”, i.e. a net of various bars and restaurants, board and lodging.
