Amur Oblast, Agri-Food Industry Investment Project
Organization of sugar production, fodder production, getting alcohol out of the waste, making liqueur out of the alcohol, juice production, livestock farming development.
First stage - prepayment for the equipment (US$3,3 M);
second stage – seed, fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and agricultural machinery purchase (US$ 2 M);
third stage – modular equipment mounting, raw sugar purchase, launching production using raw sugar, sugar-beet sowing. Modular mini-works doesn’t demand extra investments in construction work, equipment mounting and technological setting up;
forth stage - mechanical sugar-beet harvester purchase, sales of products made out of raw sugar, sugar-beet harvesting, launching production using sugar-beet, launching alcohol production4
fifth stage – organization of livestock farming production using wastes (beet cake).
Total sum of investment is US$6.5 M.
Period of recoupment is 2 years.
Means of attraction of the investments: Shared participation, new enterprise founding.
