Complex development of the Sergeyevka brown-coal deposit. Construction of a mining and processing enterprise on production of 1000 thousand tones of altogether coal; 60 thousand tones of furnace black oil; 10 thousand tones of gaseous petrol; 60 mill m3 of energy gas Ql 25MJ/m3; 365 thousand tones of coal briquettes per annum.

Type of the project: a new construction.

Volume of investments required – US$15.462 M distributed by stages:

1. Preparation of a feasibility report for the project, acquisition of licenses – US$4.65 M.

1. Construction – US$10.812 M.

Means of attraction of the investments: Loan, a joint venture, leasing. The term of recoupment of production costs is 23.5 months.
